Palau Fugit — a day between pleasure and well-being
Massage, water and brunch, flowing together.

At Palau Fugit, time unfolds gently. Wellness, water and gastronomy come together in a thoughtfully curated day that invites guests to slow down, reconnect and simply be. More than a hotel, Palau Fugit is a way of life — one shaped by balance, sensory pleasure and mindful enjoyment.
The wellness space, Cova d’Aigua, offers an intimate and serene setting with two treatment rooms, cared for by two qualified massage therapists. The massage rituals focus on deep relaxation and physical well-being, equally suited to a fleeting escape or an extended stay. Treatments are clearly structured and designed to integrate effortlessly into the rhythm of the day. On weekday mornings, guests may enjoy special rates with discounts of up to 10%. During the summer months, the experience expands further with yoga sessions that invite movement and stillness in equal measure.

The wellness offering continues to evolve. Guests may soon enjoy simultaneous massages, allowing two people to share the experience side by side, as well as a four-hands massage, where two therapists work in perfect synchrony on one body — an immersive treatment for those seeking a more profound release and unique experience.
Indoor and outdoor pools complement the spa experience and may be enjoyed independently of any treatment. Massages can be booked individually or as part of carefully composed wellness packages, also available as gifts throughout the year. For moments under the open sky, the rooftop terrace El Terrat offers a peaceful refuge and an ideal setting.
Brunch is served daily at Casa Heras from 11:30 am to 3:30 pm. Guided by freshness and seasonality, the menu evolves regularly and encourages personal choice rather than fixed formulas. Guests may opt for lighter dishes or more generous plates, according to appetite and mood. From spring onwards, the restaurant’s patio is also open.
Massage, water and brunch intertwine without rigid order — accompanying the day rather than defining it. This flexible rhythm is open not only to hotel guests, but also to external visitors seeking a conscious blend of wellness and gastronomy.
At Palau Fugit, cycling flows naturally into the experience of staying. It is welcomed, understood and embraced — not as an exception, but as part of a shared philosophy of living well, moving consciously and finding pleasure in the journey as much as in the destination.
Cyclists are warmly welcomed and thoughtfully considered. After hours in the saddle, the hotel becomes a place of recovery and ease: a moment to slow the pace, to stretch tired muscles, and to reconnect with the body.
At Palau Fugit, every element is an invitation — to pause, to care for the body, and to live well.
