Multisport Ebre: A hidden gem in Terres de l’Ebre
Xerta, a quiet village on the Ebro River, may not seem like a sports hub, but for Sara Harris, it’s the perfect base for her coaching business. “I wanted a place to focus on what truly matters. The nature, culture, and climate here align perfectly,” says the British coach.
Born in Zambia to British parents, Sara is a certified triathlon, open water swimming, and endurance coach. She has trained athletes of all levels for over a decade. Having lived in Barcelona in the 90s and with family in Terres de l’Ebre, she and her husband bought a home in 2020, drawn by the landscape and welcoming community.
Sara Harris Coaching was well-known in the UAE. Since her permanent move in December 2024, she now operates Multisport Ebre, launching training camps in 2025 for events like the Tritour series and Challenge Salou.

Sara’s camps help athletes adapt to the Mediterranean climate, optimize nutrition, and fine-tune performance. “Spending time here before an event helps your body adjust,” she explains.
She also offers custom retreats, collaborating with teams and coaches to create tailored training experiences, handling logistics so athletes can focus entirely on performance.
With years of experience and a personal approach, Sara’s goal is clear: “Helping athletes reach their full potential is the ultimate reward.”
For those looking to elevate their performance, Multisport Ebre provides the perfect training ground.
