🥐 Midway stop: coffee and breakfast at Rustik (Bellcaire d’Empordà)
📍 Route: 75 km of scenic, mixed-terrain riding at 22–24 km/h average
🕐 Return: around 13:30–14:00 back to Vraivèlo Girona
