El 3G encara no funcionava. L\u2019\u00fanica manera d\u2019enviar una foto d\u2019un tel\u00e8fon a un altre era a trav\u00e9s de MMS. Alg\u00fa recorda com era?   <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-style: inherit;\">Tamb\u00e9 en aquell any es va fundar CycloCat, el constructor d&#8217;itineraris ciclsiestes m\u00e9s segurs, especialment per als viatgers.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Any 2008. Era tot un luxe tenir un dispositiu GPS al cotxe. Llavors, TomTom n\u2019era la marca m\u00e9s famosa. Si no tenies un TomTom, podies crear la ruta utilitzant Google Maps (o ViaMichelin) i imprimir-ho. En paper, amb les instruccions de ruta. O simplement podies tenir diversos mapes dins de la guantera i desplegar-los mentre condu\u00efes. Garmin, actualment famosos, tot just estaven comen\u00e7ant l\u2019auge dels rellotges esportius que, emprant la tecnologia GPS, podien calcular la velocitat i la dist\u00e0ncia.      <\/p><p><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">L&#8217;objectiu de CycloCat \u00e9s fer el constructor de rutes ciclistes m\u00e9s segur de Catalunya.&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">Joan Calvera, un jove enginyer, va pensar: qu\u00e8 tal seria crear una plataforma que calculi rutes, per\u00f2 des del punt de vista dels ciclistes? Utilitat: evitar carreteres amb molt tr\u00e0nsit i guanys d\u2019elevaci\u00f3 innecessaris. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-6231\" src=\"https:\/\/nafentmagazine.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/Cyclocat-Nafent-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"593\" height=\"332\" srcset=\"https:\/\/nafentmagazine.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/Cyclocat-Nafent-2.jpg 593w, https:\/\/nafentmagazine.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/Cyclocat-Nafent-2-300x168.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 593px) 100vw, 593px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>M\u00e9s tard,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/cyclocat.cat\/ca\/mapa-ciclista\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Calvera<\/a>&nbsp;Calvera va fundar CycloCat, amb l\u2019objectiu de compartir les millors rutes ciclistes de Catalunya en format digital. Aquesta \u00e9s la seva hist\u00f2ria. Aquesta \u00e9s la seva hist\u00f2ria.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Xarxa ciclista segura de CycloCat: m\u00ednim desnivell, m\u00e0xima seguretat<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>\u201cEm va semblar curi\u00f3s com, en una regi\u00f3 relativament petita com Catalunya, la majoria dels ciclistes i viatgers no semblava que sabessin com anar d\u2019un poble a un altre, evitant el tr\u00e0nsit intens i les situacions perilloses. Per mi era obvi: era necessari crear una plataforma que els pogu\u00e9s ajudar a trobar les millors rutes de Catalunya. No obstant aix\u00f2, la primera pregunta va ser, quins criteris he d\u2019utilitzar?  <\/p>\n<div>\n<figure>\n<figcaption>CycloCat ofereix un creador de rutes tant per bicicletes de gravel com per a bicicletes de carretera.<\/figcaption>\n<figcaption><\/figcaption>\n<\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<p>Per tal de crear un enrutador (un software que calcula la ruta \u00f2ptima), primer es necessita crear una&nbsp;<em>xarxa<\/em>&nbsp;<em>nodal<\/em>, una s\u00e8rie de carreteres que connecten ciutats amb altres carreteres. Els meus companys en aquest projecte i jo mateix vam arribar a la conclusi\u00f3 que hi havia una s\u00e8rie de par\u00e0metres a tenir en compte. Per descomptat, la quantitat de tr\u00e0nsit n\u2019era un, la qualitat de la carretera n\u2019era un altre.  &nbsp;<span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">Un altre par\u00e0metre era l\u2019elevaci\u00f3. Catalunya \u00e9s molt muntanyosa i els forts pendents tamb\u00e9 s\u00f3n perilloses. A partir d\u2019all\u00e0 vam comen\u00e7ar a crear la nostra pr\u00f2pia  &nbsp;<\/span><em style=\"font-weight: inherit;\">xarxa nodal.<\/em><\/p>\n<h2><strong>CycloCat estava avan\u00e7at al seu temps<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La plataforma i el seu pla de negoci no donaven bones perspectives econ\u00f2miques en un futur. Aleshores, les administracions p\u00fabliques no sabien res sobre la digitalitzaci\u00f3 de la mobilitat ciclista (sovint no sabien res sobre el ciclisme en general) i, per tant, no ajudarien a finan\u00e7ar CycloCat. <\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>Joan Calvera:<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Guineu va ser una part del projecte guanyador del DigiEduhack 2020, organitzat per la CE (Comissi\u00f3 Europea) i l\u2019ECF (Federaci\u00f3 Ciclista Europea).<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>No ens vam rendir. Ten\u00edem clar que no ens far\u00edem rics amb CycloCat, per\u00f2 els ciclistes catalans es mereixen, com a m\u00ednim, tenir aquesta informaci\u00f3 de qualitat sobre les rutes ciclistes de forma gratu\u00efta. \u00c9s per aix\u00f2 que vam impulsar campanyes de crowdfunding i registres d\u2019esdeveniments de gravel (que l\u2019any 2016, a Catalunya, gaireb\u00e9 ning\u00fa n\u2019organitzava). El \u2018Ladies &amp; Gentlemen\u2019s ride\u2019, inaugurat l\u2019any 2017, actualment \u00e9s un dels esdeveniments m\u00e9s importants de les terres catalanes.   <\/p>\n<h2><strong>CycloCat i Covid-19<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Diuen que les crisis porten noves oportunitats. A principis de l\u2019any 2020, ja ten\u00edem m\u00e9s de 2.000 quil\u00f2metres de vies ciclistes segures a la nostra plataforma, que connectaven a m\u00e9s del 95% de la poblaci\u00f3 catalana. Durant el tancament per la covid-19, vam invertir moltes hores al CycloCat i, finalment, va n\u00e9ixer el nostre enrutador. El vam anomenar Guineu.  <\/p>\n<h2><strong>Qu\u00e8 \u00e9s CycloCat avui?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Actualment, CycloCat segueix essent una ONG amb m\u00e9s de 4.000 seguidors a les xarxes socials i la seva web t\u00e9 uns 10.000 visitants mensuals. Cada mes, Guineu calcula m\u00e9s de 2.000 rutes. Tota aquesta informaci\u00f3, juntament amb les funcionalitats gratu\u00eftes s\u00f3n per tots els seus usuaris, ja que el finan\u00e7ament del projecte encara dep\u00e8n del crowdfunding i les inscripcions a esdeveniments.  <\/p>\n<p>CycloCat compta amb un grup de 50&nbsp;<em>xerpes<\/em>&nbsp;repartits pel territori catal\u00e0. Constantment, proposen rutes noves i segures, o actualitzen les existents. Entre aquests 50, un grup de 10 s\u00f3n considerats \u201cxerpes de luxe\u201d, un estatus obtingut a partir de la quantitat i la qualitat de les rutes que recomanen.<\/p>\n<p>El projecte forma part de m\u00faltiples organitzacions que tenen com a objectiu millorar la seguretat dels ciclistes a Catalunya, mentre segueix afegint noves carreteres a l\u2019enrutador. La nostra missi\u00f3 de facilitar les rutes m\u00e9s segures pels ciclistes segueix fresca com una rosa.  Organitzem m\u00faltiples esdeveniments per tal de recaptar fons per l\u2019ONG, i si la gent vol convertir-se en un&nbsp;<em>xerpa<\/em>local, li donem la
